1. Time Frame: You have 21 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.
2. Change of Mind: We understand it happens. Though we can't offer refunds for non-faulty items, we’re happy to provide a store credit.
3. Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, we’re on it. Just send us an email with images and a description of the fault. We'll guide you through the repair, replacement, or refund process.

Store Credit: Ordered the wrong product? Simply reach out to us, and we'll issue a credit note. It's quick, easy, and your credit never expires!

Initiating a Return: Contact our Customer Service Team. We’ll give you a return number and a pre-paid postage label (for Australian customers). Postage costs for the label range between $8-$20, based on size, weight, and location.

Ensuring Your Return is Processed Smoothly:

• Condition: Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Packaging: Preserve the retail packaging. No tape, writing, rips, or tears, please!
